Coaching
I offer a limited number of coaching spots for individuals seeking support with emotional and nervous system regulation, integrating techniques from both Somatic Experiencing and Internal family Systems. There are often questions about how to decide between coaching and psychotherapy. Email me! We can discuss this together in a consult. Additionally, you can consult the graph below.

This is your About page. This space is a great opportunity to give a full background on who you are, what you do and what
Purpose
Coaching supports people by building skills to help in times of emotional distress or to address certain areas of their life, such as finances, career, or emotional regulation.
Scope
Coaching can include psychoeducation, support with nervous system and emotional regulation, counselling, advice and exploration about current and recent issues.
Techniques
Coaching focuses on in-the-moment techniques that can be used regularly to elicit a particular effect. There is also conversation and gentle exploration of patterns. Trauma processing is NOT a part of the coach experience.
Location
Coaching is not currently regulated. I can work with clients in coaching relationships from across the world.

Purpose
Psychotherapy supports people by identifying and changing emotional patterns, behaviours, and thoughts, often rooted in childhood experiences or trauma.
Scope
Psychotherapeutic work is broad, but can support individuals suffering with anxiety, depression, trauma-related symptoms, chronic pain, disease, grief, and more.
Techniques
Psychotherapeutic work includes either one modality or an blend to explore the root cause of suffering - often childhood or traumatic experiences - to integrate into now. Tangible skills are used to support stabilization as well.
Location
Psychotherapy is a regulated act in Canada, and thus I can work only with individuals from Ontario, British Columbia, Saskatchewan and Manitoba.
