A Somatic and Trauma-Informed Approach

My approach integrates somatic therapy, nervous system regulation, attachment-focused work, and trauma-informed care.

Rather than focusing only on thoughts, we also pay attention to what is happening in the body — patterns of tension, shutdown, overwhelm, hypervigilance, and survival responses that often develop through chronic stress or difficult experiences.

Together, we work toward increasing capacity, safety, self-understanding, and connection.
