Somatic and Psychotherapy for Stress, Anxiety, and Life Transitions

Feel more present, capable, and resilient

You may be holding
it together — but

this doesn't have to be 'it'

You might be feeling:

  • constantly on edge

  • stuck in overthinking or rumination

  • feeling overwhelmed by things that didn’t used to feel this hard

  • exhausted from trying to cope the “right” way

  • living with or suspecting neurodivergence

Your system has adapted to survive. But now, those same patterns can keep you stuck in anxiety, shutdown, or overwhelm. This isn't a personal failure, but learned behaviour. And you can change.

Therapy isn't about fixing you. It's about feeling safe enough to change.

My Approach

Compassion
as a practice

My work is holistic, integrative, and trauma-informed — but above all, tailored to your unique journey.

As a trauma therapist, I focus first on building your capacity to experience both distress and compassion. After finding stability, we can explore deeper patterns of shame, addiction, or coping strategies like anxiety or obsession/compulsion.

We go at a pace that works for you.

You won’t be asked to relive things before you feel ready.
And you won’t have to figure it out alone.

Land Acknowledgement:

I hold deep gratitude to live and practice on the traditional territory of the Michi Saagig Anishnaabeg, and likely other Indigenous groups, currently held in sacred agreement by Treaty 20 and the Williams Treaties. I have gratitude for ongoing stewardship of this region, elders of past and present, and support for the reclamation of identity, community, and agency stolen in the impact and legacy of colonization - for current and future generations.
